First time I have had to transport a vehicle, going from Portland OR to Philadelphia PA. Navigating the world of brokers, automated messages, email blasts and then non returned calls was challenging to say the least. From my first call to Coast (Hunter), to interacting with the driver (Curt) this was a totally professional and positive experience. I would highly recommend them. (more)

Delivered car with broken windshield. They didn't deny it. Just said it was pitted so was going to break at some point anyway! Disrespectful and rude customer service. One of the worst I have ever dealt with. Both I and the moving service who coordinated my transport appealled and Coast to Coast rejected. Moving service (National) said they will never use Coast again. Terrible company and I would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid them. Beware if you use them. (more)

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and I was a little nervous about it. I placed the order on Monday and the vehicle was picked up the following Monday. A lot of the other companies pick up times were up to 19 days for the rock bottom price, Coast to Coast Auto Transport 's was 1- 7 for the same price.My car was picked on time and arrived a day earlier than promised which was very good for us. Thanks again! I won't hesitate to recommend this transport to family and friends! (more)

This is the second time I have used Coast to Coast Auto Transport for shipping cars to California. I am glad that I used this transport for shipping my car across the country.Both the times they exceeded my expectations.I was pleased that the car got to California safely despite the bad weather during the holidays.No hidden charges and very good customer service at reasonable cost.Overall experience was good and I plan to use this service again for transporting my other vehicle. I choose Coast to Coast Auto Transport after reading all the reviews on the different shipping companies.The whole experience was great, except for the confusing terms about the insurance and the inaccurate explanation. Staffs were very responsible and knowledgable and were always there to answer my questions and were very helpful. My car was picked up and delivered on time in a very professional manner.I am impressed by their service.I will be using Coast to Coast Auto Transport for any future vehicle transportation and recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible carrier (more)

This is the second time we are using Coast to Coast Auto Transport. I was very satisfied with the shipment of my vehicle from Hawaii to New York. Morning I placed the order within about 1 hour they scheduled our vehicle for pickup in Hawaii. My car picked at time. At the arrival car was a bit dirty but with all of the snow and bad weather it was expected. The driver was very courteous, helpful and delivered the car earlier than I expected. Overall I was very satisfied with Coast to Coast Auto Transport for the pickup and delivery of my new car. (more)
