Auto Transport 123 - Review

This company is awful and I never leave reviews. But I feel completely taken advantage of their customer service is horrible and if you ever choose to transport a car I really hope you choose someone else  (more)

Nightmare company… avoid them at all cost. Sleazy shysters. Arranged a transport of my 2015 BMW from Santa Monica, CA to Fort Collins, CO. They said it would take 72 hours to find a truck. It actually took nearly 5 days. The truck picked up my BMW on 1/20/17. They told me they’d have my car in Fort Collins within 48 hours. Never happened. After repeated lies about the whereabouts of my vehicle, the trucker stopped communicating with me after 2 days on the road. It took me nearly a full day to finally get them to return my calls and admit to where my car was. Turns out their driver had an accident, fled the scene, and dumped my car in a hotel parking lot, leaving the keys shoved in the tail pipe. Total damage to my BMW: over $8,000! When I contacted this company asking for a full refund of my $200 deposit, the rep rudely refused, telling me to sort it out with the truck driver. This company should be run out of business… don’t ever use them!  (more)

BLUF: Christian and this Family Owned Business are nothing more than scammers who are out to cheat, lie, and do whatever is necessary to get your hard earned money. I am an Officer in the military and was in the process of relocating from one duty station overseas to a duty station in the Continental U.S.. After looking online, I was contacted by several shipping companies, including AT123 Autos. My initial conversation with Christian was the beginning of a nightmare. Since integrity is part of serving in the military, I assumed this concept extended to civilians such as Christian who served as the company's rep. This was mistake number two. Christian not only lied to me about their reputation, he told me straight out that his company were NOT brokers (I explained to him I had a bad experience with brokers). He knew that if he was truthful with me in the beginning, I would have picked another carrier. Determined to get my money, he lied to me about his company being BROKERS and later lied to me regarding the time frame in which he would pick up my vehicle. Suffice it to say, my vehicle sat in a parking lot in California for several days before Christine contracted with a different truck company to pick up my vehicle. Because of this I had to pay daily storage fees! Every time I called the company to reach Christian, he was "unavailable." This was a stark contrast to when he would call me twice a day while trying to solicit my money. This company is one of the worst and most dishonest companies I've dealt with; they qualify for being on any Commander's "OFF -LIMITS" list. DO NOT do business with them.  (more)

I was promised a family run business with GPS tracking and great customer service. Linda is a great sales person. I paid more than the competition's quote to avoid hassles and to have my car on time. My car was sent to a sub-contractor without GPS tracking. They broke down for a week . The customer service was average Joe in dispatch great, the customer service rep. was rude and abrupt and transferred the calls to Joe. Had to rent a car for my kid to go back to school. they took less than 10% off for being late. I booked on 8/9 the car arrived on 8/5.  (more)

I dealt with Mark who was so upfront and honest I didn't even know what to think. After listening to my other quotes and all those other companies I realized he was right. This is the company is the real deal for Enclosed Auto Transport.  (more)

I worked with Ben at Auto Transport 123 I really appreciate all the extra time and effort he gave me. My car was picked up 4 days after signing the contract and was delivered rather quickly as well. Next time i transport I will be calling Ben right away not going through all the stress of putting in another quote.  (more)

I contracted with Auto Transport 123 after being ripped off by 2 different companies. Viking and Evergreen both took deposits from me and never ever even called me back. I contracted with Frank at Auto Transport 123 and he had my car picked up within 2 days of my order placement. Everything went so well I would recommend Frank to anyone!  (more)
