All Pro Moving (some company they subcontracted that rented a Budget cube truck) showed up with a full cube truck 14 hours after they said they were on their way. After a whopping 16 calls with All Pro customer service they eventually admitted they had no clue where the driver was and they couldn't get a hold of him. With my lease expiring, I had to switch movers day of and they still charged me. Please avoid this fraudulent company at all cost. We went with Rabbit Movers in Brooklyn and they were awesome... and somehow much cheaper even though we booked them same day!  (more)
