: good customers services
Needed a car transported from Texas to Pennsylvania. Kind of an emergency situation. I called friends and got hooked up with Ian at A-AAA auto transport. All I can say is wow with the service. I called on Friday morning and they had the car picked up same day and delivered the following Tuesday.
I will definitely be referring anyone who asks for transport assistance to this company.

: Customer Service and Attitude
We received an outstanding quote from AAA Auto Transport, but when we called to book it, we were told the quote was a mistake and they would not respect it. They would do the job though for a few hundred bucks more. The first phone rep hung up on my wife. We called back and the second phone rep, who was fairly rude, and who refused to let her speak to anyone higher up in the company, said that even if we had booked that quote online they would not have privileged it. Exactly the right place i have chosen for my vehicle transportation. Its a great place were honestly responding to the customers.They explaining the real facts for us and not giving any fake promises. They are out spoken and giving valid reason for their work. Bob was the man who coordinated getting a driver for me. He was very nice and kept me informed whenever there was an update. He found a driver who was really good with communication. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely use this company again. (more)

: Perfect timing
I was looking for transportation for my car from SFO to Boston. I received lots of quotes from different transporters. But AAA auto carriers was suggested by my colleague as she got her car shipped by them. I contacted Brian and he gave me a quote too. It wasn't the cheapest one but I was told by my colleague that Brian is extremely reliable. I told Brian that I would need my car available at Boston as soon as possible. He constantly searched for different drivers who could deliver it in the shortest time. I got it picked up on a Tuesday and it was delivered Sunday. That was faaaast. I am extremely happy to have got my car transported through AAA auto carriers. (more)
