: very bad customer services
Andrea called me today to address my complaints. Apparently, they ended their relationship with the carrier that gave me so many problems, which is definitely a positive step and shows they are at least willing to make changes based on their customers bad experiences. So for the follow-up conversation and their commitment to change, I will bump my rating up a couple stars.
A lot of my complaints about communication still stand, but like I said in the review, everyone I talked to at A to Z was polite, if not always helpful. I just really hope that moving forward they will know that they cannot just rely on the carriers word when it comes to customer communication, especially when that customer has already been having so many problems and when they advertise their services as the middleman between the customer and the carrier.
