Be very careful in dealing with this company.Blake The Flack will take your deposit and then will not respond to your e-mails or phone calls once you give them your deposit. I made a special trip to my pick location to meet the truck to load my boat and waited until I had to make my flight and still no response about the sub contractor as to when we were to meet. I then called my credit card company and reported fraud. As soon as they started checking they found that 5 Star had given me a
credit refund. All they did was take me out of the market for 6 weeks to make other arrangements for this service.

Jacquie was very obliging in completing our transport needs. The car was difficult to pick up because of work schedules but the company was supple in working around that situation. Although the carrier truck broke down somewhere in Nevada in delayed the car 1 day which was no big contract. (more)
