I contracted with this company and then got the run-a-round. Email, texts, phone calls unanswered. I finally gave them a 24 hour response time or the contract was cancelled....and they still did not respond so I cancelled the contract and went with another company [TBautoshipping] that moved my car from Kentucky to California very, very quickly and efficiently, and will great communication.  (more)

I was looking for a transport service in New Jersey. I gave these guys a call, got an immediate and fast quote, loaded up my car in no time and we were on our way to Riverside. Truly great customer service and the price was unbeatable!  (more)

On march 8 asked for there services and they spoke as if they new what they were doing and they have been in the busness with great customer experince. But as soon as the next week followed trouble started. They gave me a drive named Vennis Watson with his own company Watson Wuality Transport.At frist i had problems with the drive on when the car was going to be pick up and it took about 4 days after what i expected it to be picked up. Later I had trouble with Mr. Watson giving me a correct date on when he would arrive in north carolina. Every time it was one excuse after another. He said he got into an accident and that his truck could not make it to NC. So he traveled all the way back to Maryland. He never would call me to let me know the status of his condition i had to call him every day. Eventually he told me not to call him and that he will call when he gets there. After a about 2 weeks he shows up and my car is totalled. No where in the condition i brought the car but he claims that he got it like that. And he expected me to belive him after he admited that he got into an accident, but didnt say how bad of and accident. I dont pay him for the job dissapointed and call the we will transport it people up they say will send you his insurance information. I felt like that was their job to handle him not mine, im the customer and all i wanted was my money for the car and the car itself. This company still has not helped me resolve the problem and im still waiting for Mr. Watson to pay me for the car and return it back to me as he agreed to. But here it is another week going by and he keeps promising dates that he will be here but never shows up or calls saying that he couldnt make it.  (more)
