VIP handled my shipment to my satisfaction. I had a terrible experience with 3 other shippers, promising to ship car on certain dates and never got it done. When I called VIP and talked to Reba she checked for me to find out what they could do. They shipped the car enclosed for about what the others wanted to ship open.They had a couple of delays but handled them to my satisfaction. Car was shipped within just a couple days of promise, which still made me happy, as they explained everything to me in a very forthright way. Driver (John) was great guy and very helpful and helped to make this a pleasant experience. VIP I feel is one of the best shippers, they do what they say they will do. Would I use them in the future yes as I feel they are the best to do business with.  (more)

I truly wish I seen this page BEFORE even dealing with VIP The RUDE guy that works there is Jerry...ryhmes with Larry One of MY daily phone calls to check the status of my vehicle shipment they didnot return my calls either was with JERRY, and when I gave him my name and order number his exact response was WHAT STHE PROBLEM I left my car in storage with a company VIP referred me to, only to find out I had to pay for that storage once I got there. That fair, but it would have been better if VIP had informed me of that.AND the delay I experienced racked up more storage fees Meanwhile, I am waiting to hear from them, calling every couple days or so, and having to extend my car rental. I finally called and spoke with Mike on 9/13, who explained that it was difficult to find other vehicles going to Oregon. He then offered to have it delivered to a major city, which would involve me travelling 2-3 hours to get there. That wasnot an option for me, and his next offer was well, if you want to increase the price. I was APPALLED I cancelled right then, calling back to make certain my $200 deposit was going to be refunded. He assured me it would, not to worry, that it would take 24-48 hours. When I called on Wednesday, 9/19, even giving time for the weekend this was STILL 5 business days later, THREE TIMES he told me you should have it in response to my asking where my deposit was. After telling him three times, I do not have it, he checked, and said that it was done on Monday. This is THURSDAY, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK My bank is more immediate than that I am filing a WRITTEN COMPLAINT WITH THE NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and any and all other resources available to me as a consumer. I WILL GET MY DEPOSIT BACK, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.  (more)

VIP made all the difference! This was our first time having a large move. From the first phone call we were connected to a live person -yeah! To our in home estimate, which our surveyor was the only one who spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. The move coordinator was wonderful and updated us often and was very thorough in answering all my little questions. The movers showed up on time at our front door and the guys were so hardworking and careful with everything. I could not ask for a better move or better team of people- VIP is amazing! One of the movers was very funny which also helped lighten the stress!! If you need to move, please call OUR friends at VIP! They are the best!!  (more)

The whole ordeal was a bunch of lies and deception. The vehicle arrived late in a one car broken down trailer on the back of a pickup instead of the enclosed luxury car hauler that I was promised. Everything about his trip was a lie from the driver to the owner. Don't ever use VIP Transport or you will get screwed.  (more)
