German and his team were God sent i cannot say enough good things about them. Their price were the best by far compared to their competitors They were so professional and so helpful that I would not hesitate to hire them again. After that I have recommend this moving company to my family and friends and they were also happy. German made my moving experience the best i ever had With his knowledge explanations and experience. He assured me that he commit to doing my move until the end and that he would honor the price he gave me without any surprise and he did just that. He got to know my needs very well to make the moving experience as easy as possible. He has an excellent team they were so careful by wrapping what needed to be and made things so easy for my family. They disassembled everything and assembled everything, more specific two truck loads of stuff at the new home same day 95 of the boxes were placed in the correct room. All my children and I slept in our own bed same day. This was the best moving experience i ever had. Thank you.  (more)

Just overstate the amount of scratches and dings when you pick it up? Showed up to pick up the car and blocked customers in, and kept customers out of dealer's lot. Created hasty situation where the dealers had to rush the loading of the vehicle, and hastily signed off on the bill of lading showing so many dings and scratches as to make it impossible for actual transport damage (if it happened) to be the trucker's responsibility. The customer who saw the extensive scratches and dings on the first write up thought that the car they bought was in horrible condition (in contrast to everything the dealer and pre-purchase inspection company claimed). Created anxiety and frustration with everyone involved throughtout a long journey of the vehicle from NJ to WA where it was loaded onto a boat and brought to Alaska. When it arrived in AK, the cosmetic flaws were not found! Great relief to customers, but the waiting and anxiety over the overstated damage undermined my relationship with a longstanding customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED. COULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO EXPECTS INTEGRITY FROM START TO FINISH. Even the dealer remembers this truck driver over thousands of other drivers and deliveries over years in business and thinks that what they did was abusive.  (more)

I dont know what others say but my knowledge was terrific, I had a big lifted Toyota Truck, Other companies tried 3 times could not do it, Motion Express got this order, I had little assurance for anyone and was expecting same thing from them, but they called me the next day and told the time when they will be picking up, and came the next day on that correct time, picked it up at promised time and delivered crazy 6 days, Motion Express was my life collector. would only work with them once more.  (more)
