Earl Stevens DBA Professional Transport contacted me about wanting to bid on transporting my Porsche Cayenne Turbo and I told him he must show proof of insurance and use an enclosed trailer. He goes by the username on uship as USAKA, and so after agreement he agreed to pick up my vehicle in Lewisville TX he was of course a day late with the usual truck driver excuse but I told him to MAKE SURE HE INSPECTED the vehicle before picking it up. He did not even have a vehicle diagram in order to pinpoint scratches or dents. He picks up my vehicles and keep in mind, he had a motorcycle in front of my vehicle in the trailer that must not have been securely tied and it damaged my front end of my porsche. Well about 3 hours after he picked up my vehicle and dropped off the motorcycle, he calls me to ask me if I knew about the damage to the front end of my Cayenne and of course I said no and I asked him if he noted it on the bill of lading and he did not. He of course changed my copy to reflect it but the dealer had the original and it showed no damage written by him. He wrote me a statement of confession when he dropped off the vehicle stating he did it during transport but when I contacted his insurance, they told me they did not cover cargo he was carrying and so when Earl did give me the right one, they did an estimate but said Professional Transport had a $1000 deductible and would pay only over that amount but the estimate was under that figure and Earl agreed to pay me but he never has. He agreed to meet me in West Palm Beach Florida where he lives to pay me and he did not return my phone calls nor has he ever since I told him he was responsible. Earl Stevens will never pay anyone for damage on their vehicles because chances are that the damage will be under his $1000 deductible and so any vehicle owner will get screwed by Professional Transport since Earl self admits that my review on uship.com has hurt his business. He deserves it. He is misleading people and I will not let this go, I plan on reporting him to the DOT and suing him for damages and the cost to collect my damages. This guy is cheap and if you ever use uship.com and see the name usaka or Earl Stevens Professional transport, do not let him bid on your vehicle. He is a con artist. He is now resorting to offering to ship for free if he is late but of course he says that vehicle problems or weather are the exceptions and believe me, he wont do anything for free because he is a crook and should be avoided at all costs. Earl Stevens, Professional Tansport, you deserve every word written about you on this review.  (more)

After more than a week's time, they communicated with me and assigned pick-up for me within few days. My car was picked up on Time and delivered to me exactly as my expectation. Driver was very pleasant. Overall process was too excellent .They are capable of performing any transportation task.  (more)
