I purchased a car from San deigo CA, and had it transported to Rhode Island. The pickup was early, the delivery was on time. This was my first experience in trasporting a vehicle cross country. I have heard nightmare stories from friends about transporting a car and was deeply concerned. After receiving several quotes I called Allen and voiced my concerns. The lady assured me that they take care of the cars and do not use terminals and know there drivers well. My experience was excellent, my car was delivered a little dirty from a 3000 mile ride but I can understand that. I got the best price and the best service. these folks transported a truck to me and would never recommend using them ever. if you call their dispatch you will quickly see what kind of service you will receive. my truck was delivered to an impound yard and they left the windows open during the trip down. they said they called me, but never recieved the call or they never left a message the supposed times they called me. tried to work this out with them to refund some of the money i needed to relocate the truck but they held it captive. very unprofessional. The worst experience ever, and I ship many cars across the country.  (more)

It was a wonderful experience. The most important thing is faith and promptness. They were a day a late, but they kept me up to date each step up the way so it was not a surprise. In addition, they were very sensible, about 100 dollars less than competitors. I live on a very rough highway and they drove the car right to my house for me. really door to door service  (more)
