I am shocked at the previous reviews of this company! I have dealt with them several times in shipping cars and trucks. I deal with Denise who knows more about cars and trucks than I do. This girl knows exactly what she is doing. Even though I give her a hard time on her prices, she explains in detail why she priced it the way she did. Of course she always tells me she will try at a lower price for me and sometimes she does get them moved at the lower price, but she gives me a realistic price from the beginning. This young lady is always a pleasure to deal with. Does her best in making me a happy person and she keeps me informed of any and all updates. A friend referred he to me when another broker did not move his Truck , he told me she had his truck moved within 2 days and was extremely impressed with her!  (more)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They will quote you a price and promise a delivery date and take your deposit. They will then tell you the price will be higher, they can't give you a definite delivery date and they will not give you a refund of your deposit. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! All they care about is getting the $150.00 deposit. I gave them 2 vehicles that I needed shipped. I gave them a timeframe of 11 days that I needed them to be here. Both of the cars were supposed to be in a car show. They called me after 5 days and told me in order to get them there it would be an additional $250.00 for 1 of them and an additional $150.00 for the other. It was a bait and switch. Needless to say the cars did not make it to the car show.  (more)

I'd rather push my car than use them again. Review: I would not recommend this company at all. They did not follow through at all. I was told I would have a pick-up schedule in 24 hours - it took 10 days to get a confirmed pick up. And they wanted the cars 80 miles away on the same day pick up was arranged! I had to drive the two cars 80 Miles to another City to get picked up - and the price was raised significantly. The companies they contracted with were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not recommend All Coast Auto Transport to anyone. They did not return phone calls, as promised. We were told we would have a pick up date on one afternoon (I was told by Scheduling Manager "I Promise to call you back with a time"), yet we never got a call back. At one point, we were informed that Doug, the sales person we had worked with initially, and continued to work with - had been off work for the past week, and there was no way we could have spoken with him. The Manager told me "You know nothing about Logistics", and I don't know how difficult it is - and that they have 2200 cars at any given time. I was told 10 days after the contract was set up that they couldn't find a driver to come to our rural area - It was a total surprise to them that we lived in the mountains, even though we explained this from the start, and repeatedly. To get the cars shipped we agreed to take it the cars to the nearest city. It seemed like no one on the phone lines had a map, or access to the internet to see where we lived. This was very, very frustrating - as we were moving across the United States and needed to make plans. Al Coast Auto Transport was not helpful, or understanding. I rate this company with a ZERO. There is NO way this customer was told he would have a pick-up in 24 hours! Our customers are contacted within 24 hours to verify their information on their order is correct. The quotes we provide are automated by Central Dispatch using carrier prices for recent transports from closest pick up and drop off cities. This vehicle was transported 2236 miles from Reno, NV to Spring Hill FL in a VERY reasonable time frame; especially during a holiday week were most carriers are not transporting and spending time with their families. The pick-up location was changed to Reno after numerous unsuccessful attempts to locate a carrier willing to risk dangerous travel into the mountain area. Our reviews are 99.9 percent positive. With the extremely high number of transports we arrange however, we do from time to time have to incur a negative review posted by an extremely unreasonable person with ridiculous expectations. We are sure any reasonable person would agree. THIS REPLY IS UNTRUE. I have never shipped a car before. My son has passed away, I do not drive and need to send car to my other son in Florida. I requested several quotes from different Transport Co. The one that responded was first All Coast Auto Transport. They said they own their own trucks and they can pick up car by folowing Monday. Monday came and went, I called them trying to get a date for pick up. I was told they would get back to me. After several weeks, I called again, this time very upset. I spoke to Helen Stabile who proceeded to yell at me and tell me when they get to it they will. She slamed the phone. That night I received a call from Helen at 645 pm. Telling me to take the car within 20 minutes to Jersey City, NJ. I live in Queens. I explained that was impossible to do in 20 minutes. She gave me the drivers number to arrange pick up. I called the driver, he was in perth amboy, New Jersey. This is 2 and 1/2 hours away! He could not pick up car and he said I was not on schedule. I spoke to them again and was promised that car would be picked up by 11/15. The car still has not been picked up. I call everyday, all I get is yelled at and phones slamed on me. They kept my $200 deposit which she said is Non Refundable. She also said she was going to charge me an additional $200 because I did not deliver car when told to. Lie! How can this be non refundable if they have not provided services. This company needs to be stoped. they are misleading customers and they don't care. When I told Helen Stabile that I was going to report her and her company, she laughed and said so what she does not care. I have been researching them. They are operating under different names. Helen is supposed to be who? Paul Maresca is supposed to be Manager. There company has three different addresses. This name is a DBA of the corporation name. all names etc are hidden. They need to be stopped. I am a senior citzen. I cannot afford to lose money. Especially now that I have lost my son and am all alone.
