Action Auto Brokers - Review

One of my patients was moving from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to the Miami area of Florida (Hialeah to be exact). I decided to help her because she is an elderly woman and wouldnot be able to do much on her own. She needed her Lexus R-Class SUV transported in a timely manner. I called one of the local Lexus dealerships down there, JM Lexus, and they suggested that I call three transport companies that they work with. I settled on Action Auto Brokers because their salesman, Alex Whitaker, was upfront and honest. He took the time to explain exactly what he and his company would do. And he gave me several other references when I asked for them and I was extremely impressed with the dealerships his company they had worked with! My patient was very happy with the service she received from Action Auto Brokers, and she was very thankful that I found them for her. She said that their driver called her well in advance and scheduled pickup and delivery times that fit her schedule. According to her the driver was prompt, friendly, and delivered the car without any damage at all. Additionally, both Alex and one of the other young ladies at the office, Jenny Lu, called both myself and my patient several times to make sure everything was going according to plan. All in all this was a very good experience. If I ever hear of any of my patients needing car transport I would not hesitate to refer them to Action Auto Brokers!  (more)

The people(Olivia/Laura/Debbie) at Action Auto Brokers were professionl, honest,, and did exactly what they said they would. There were no extra charges...the vehicle was delivered in great shape! I had great worry about being scammed with all that I read on the internet and was reassured by Laura their manager that that would not happen with Action Auto. It didn't... everything worked out great! The driver was courteous, honest, and professional and was professional enough to determine his truck wouldn't be easy to maneuver in our development so he picked me up with the car and I drove him down the street back to his truck. The price to Brokers and the driver was exactly what they said it was going cost. The delivery date was one day late because transport was over a Sunday. It was explained that the driver delivers to dealers and sometimes has to wait for the dealership to open (not open on Sundays). Somethings are just out of the drivers control... I suggest that you make contact with Brokers the day before delivery date to make sure of the progress of the truck before taking time off from your activities (they even gave me the driver's cell number). I have been doing business with these girls for more than 10 years. They are always very well-informed when it comes to truck availability, price, and pick-up and delivery times. They stay on top of all my hauls and communicate enormously well. They have extremely good prices, considering the service they provide. They move about 100 cars a month for me. Everyone I have suggested them to, still uses them to this day.  (more)
