Another rip-off story here. They lie, they take your money, they treat you like dirt with true New York charm, and now they have filed for Chapter 13. Contact the NY Attorney General if you have a complaint. The owners should be barred from ever getting another business license.  (more)

This is your notification to Refund my deposit of $500.00 in full because your company was unable to fulfill it's obligation to pick up my son's car from San Diego ( CAMP PENDLETON) by August 21st, which was the latest his car could be picked up due to the fact that he was coming home on August 22nd on leave for 14 days FROM THE MARINES. PRIOR TO HE'S DEPLOYMENT TO AFGHANISTAN SOMETIME IN SEPTEMBER. We made this very clear over and over again that it had to be picked up before he left… My son contacted your company on 8/9 as it was the cheapest of the bides he was given when he goggled transportation to ship he's car home because he was being deployed.. He then called me and told me that I had to call your company to give a deposit which I did and you not only made sure you verified that I had $500.00 in my account to cover the deposit, you also had FedEx come to my house within hours of our conversation to pick up the physical check.. You then cashed my check the next day.. . Your contract stated that the car would be picked up approximately between August 15th or the 16th. (Definition of approximate Close to the actual, but not completely accurate or exact). On the 18th we called and were treated so rudely because I asked if he's car would be picked up by the 21st of August and the person on the phone said nothing is guanteeded and asked if I could guaranteed if the sun would come up tomorrow.. This person then told me to find someone else to pick up the car and hung up on me… My son then called your company back within the hour and was told the car would be picked up on Friday, the 20th… Needless to say he's car was never picked up and we were never called to say it wouldn't be... and to this day we have not heard one word regarding he's car being picked up.. WELL I CAN GUARANTEE THAT MY SONS CAR WILL BE HOME FOR HIM TO ENJOY BEFORE HE GOES TO AFGHANISTAN . I would also like to see the documenta  (more)

nasty people who take your money, actually sreal it, return your money with a fraudulant check, bank said they are kiting. transporter picked up vechicle and was about to deliver it in Va when we were told that he wasn't going to release the car until he got 800.00 COD. I had already paid 920.00 to a blue knight. They never paid the transporter. We had to come up with the additional $800.00 cash in order to get our car. The scam artists are liars, cheats and a disgusting bunch of morons, they are the scum of the earth and will be treated as such when we get our day in court! DO NOT USE THEM!! PASS THE WORD ON SO THAT OTHER UNASSUMING PEOPLE WILL BE SAVED FROM THESE LOW LIFES.  (more)

Placed order on 10MAR10 for a pick up on 17MAY10 from CA to VA. The only thing they did well was taking my $250 deposit, then requested the full payment prior to delivery (don't do it!). They never picked up the car, Ed hung up the phone on me when I ask about the status of my vehicle, Greg - the supervisor lectured me on the contract and told me if I don't like it, just wait 14 BUSINESS days (3 weeks) to cancel to get my money back. I spent $300 on storage and care for my vehicle because it was not picked up! Blue Knight is not a car transport company, they are DISHONEST and has zero business ETHICS! After 2 months, Still waiting for a refund!  (more)

The entire process was painless, the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on a Friday, however the driver had called to see if the vehicle was available earlier and came to get the car on the Thursday. The driver was very thorough with the walkthrough and loaded the vehicle. The driver did well to inform me of his ETA at the destination, and coordinated well with me to ensure timely delivery.  (more)
