They underestimated the size of my move and lost parts of our adjustable bed then charged me to look for them. We have never found them so I had to order new ones. When confronted they showed me a line in their boilerplate contract saying they were not responsible for lost or damaged items. (more)

Locally they are amazing. They banged out the loading and communicated well. I definitely think they were great!
But man the corporate associates are rude and unhelpful. The on hold times are HORRIBLE to even get to speak with them. When you do get them on the line they really do not care about you because you are in contract with (more)
