Review Description

I stored my stuff there for a few months, which was fine, although the storage facility is kind of dingy. The movers did a good job moving my stuff from one place into the storage facility. A few months later, they moved my stuff out of storage and into my new place. That went fine. However, the job took an hour less than expected and they said (and the paperwork says) that they would refund me for that hour. They have not, and they have not responded to phone calls asking them to do so. For that reason, I would not use them again. I definitely would not use them for storage - I have seen nicer storage places. Also one of the locks I had on one of the storage units was mine, and I do not think they returned it.
