The driver called for delivery at noon the same day of delivery. I was not home for receiving the car so we agreed for a 530pm delivery. I made myself avaliable to be on time for 530pm delivery. and the driver was there and on time as well. I will be using this company again, in the near future.

They promised my car will be picked up on December 26th from Pullman, WA. I finally received my car on January 17th in Austin. Every day you call, you will get the same answer saying it is scheduled for pick up in next two days. The guy over there in customer service is very very rude.

It took 3 weeks to transport my car from FL. to PA. Customer Service was extremely rude & even hung up on me when I was just trying to find out where my car was. I would strongly advise to stay away from this broker who just takes your money & then does nothing to help you. (more)
