Review Description

I give this company a 0. They damaged my 1963 Cadillac that had been in my family since new. The paint was original on the car and the car had 56,000 original miles. The driver tried to play slick upon his late arrival and pulled the car out of the trailer and did his best to prevent me from seeing the damaged lower quarter panel. The damage was well over $1,000 to repair, besides the lost of the original paint. Reliable carriers did not cooperate and dragged out the claim. In the end all I got was a lousy $300.00 and I ended up pulling over $700.00 out of my pocket to complete the repair. I would never use them and what hurts the most is I entrusted a family jewel with this company and they were a complete failure.
