I phoned at 9:30 AM and was called by the truck driver at 11:AM to say he was set to pick up .I had to meet him on the main road by the highway , and was frightened with the service and would use M. Sutherland Transport once more and have told many more Canadians who are looking at buying a car and haveing transported

Although I could not often get a hold of the company when I required to. They did call me and showed up to select up the cars on time. However, The cars did not get delivered on time but were only a day delayed. Upon arrivel the drivers took outstanding care of getiing my cars off the truck with ease. I would use them once more.

Dealt with M.Sutherland for the first time and I must say it was an excellent experience from the start to the finish. I would most definitely recommend anyone shipping their vehicle, to give chance to them because they will do it right the first time.
