Review Description

When we set up transport we were told that we could put 100 pounds of personal items in the car. My son packed 159 lbs. of clothing and was charged $100 for the extra 59 lbs. When the carrier arrived, they required that my son pay an additional $100 or remove the items from the car. He had no choice at that point. Q Auto Transport did not warn us that the carrier could charge any amount they choose and they would not help us. Had they been clear that the carrier would make these outrageous demands, we would have strictly limited the amount to 100 lbs. to save the $100. We feel that Q Auto Transport was negligent in telling us of these potential issues. My advice is to proceed with caution and find out in advance exactly what they are going to do - do not trust them to tell you and to look out for your best interests.
