The representative who handled my contract I think was named Linda. I called more than 4 weeks prior to needing their service of transporting my vehicles across the country. Linda quoted me a price that beat all their competitors pricing, unfortunately Evergreen Auto Transport didn't come through with their end of the deal.

Same review as above. Evergreen stated that their website was stolen in July and they are out of funds so no refunds. Why are they still doing business and taking people's money if they got their website stolen in July (more)

We transported a Police Car from Portland,Or to Parma, Idaho. Tyey have refused to pay, they will not attempt to work out a resolution,they will not return calls, they are now not answering the phone period, thye have now numerous bad reviews in central dispatch, WE have had to file on thier bond, but the FEDS still have not revoked (more)

They delayed my pick as well as delivery causing so much os problem on my move. On top of tha tthey charged my 50 dollars more even though I paid them full amount in advance.
I will never ever recommend anybody to use their service. (more)

I have never dealt with a company that has such poor business practices as this company.
This was the worst experience I have ever had.
Evergreen was contracted to ship my vehicle across the country. They were very efficient in taking my money. After that the efficiency ended. They had underbid the job to ship my vehicle and then failed (more)

Failed pick-up, delivery, and customer service and somewhere someone is lying...
Our vehicle was supposedly picked up and we didnt find out until past our delivery time that it was still at its origional location! No communications were made on thier part after the deposit was made... They also operate under A-1 Transport. BEWARE!! (more)

They were extremely helpful & friendly. The delivery was arranged in the evening, picked up the next day, and delivered to me one day after pick-up. The car arrived in the exact same condition. Reasonable price, but certainly superior service and timing! (more)
