Kevin Corliss review for Evergreen Auto Transport

Review Description

I have never dealt with a company that has such poor business practices as this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Evergreen was contracted to ship my vehicle across the country. They were very efficient in taking my money. After that the efficiency ended. They had underbid the job to ship my vehicle and then failed to admit to their mistake. They would not respond to any emails or voicemails. My vehicle got assigned (supposedly) but there were not any details. I emailed asking for details. I called asking for details. Nothing. I finally called the trucking firm that supposedly was assigned to deliver my vehicle and they told me that they did not accept the assignment! After several calls to talk to a human being at Evergreen, Jerry and he was clueless as to the fact that the trucking firm did not accept the assignment and that the truck had already left. Finally I gave up and cancelled my order. Amazing how I got a quick response confirming the fact that my order was cancelled and "My Refund Check" was on its way. 24 days later and I am still waiting. I went to their website and tried all of the contact emails and none of them worked. I got bounce back emails stating that the emails I sent were undeliverable. Customer service is non existent there. Honesty is non-existent. They will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau. In Disgust. Kevin Corliss
