Nightmare company… avoid them at all cost. Sleazy shysters. Arranged a transport of my 2015 BMW from Santa Monica, CA to Fort Collins, CO. They said it would take 72 hours to find a truck. It actually took nearly 5 days. The truck picked up my BMW on 1/20/17. They told me they’d have my car in Fort Collins within 48 hours. Never happened. After repeated lies about the whereabouts of my vehicle, the trucker stopped communicating with me after 2 days on the road. It took me nearly a full day to finally get them to return my calls and admit to where my car was. Turns out their driver had an accident, fled the scene, and dumped my car in a hotel parking lot, leaving the keys shoved in the tail pipe. Total damage to my BMW: over $8,000! When I contacted this company asking for a full refund of my $200 deposit, the rep rudely refused, telling me to sort it out with the truck driver. This company should be run out of business… don’t ever use them!
